Wyndham Hotel Group’s CEO, Geoff Ballotti, says the company’s new strategy for all 16 brands is aimed at elevating the travel experience for millennials and the diverse global middle class.
Speaking exclusively to HM on camera at 38th Annual NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference in New York this week (June 8), Ballotti said the strategy has come following an 18-month study focused on 50 recognised hotel brands along with the primary decision drivers of thousands of business and leisure travelers around the world.
